Dear friends and family,

We are heartbroken to share that my cousin, Greta and her partner Franco , recently lost their precious baby, Noah, due to complications from Meconium Aspiration Syndrome — a breathing problem in newborns that occurs when meconium, a sticky substance that becomes a baby's first stool, enters their lungs before or during birth. MAS can cause respiratory distress ranging from mild to life-threatening respiratory failure. Despite the doctors and nurses best efforts baby Noah tragically passed away on Tuesday September 23rd. No parent should ever have to go through this kind of heartbreak. This GoFundMe is being created to help ease the financial burden of funeral costs. While no amount of money can take away the pain, your support — whether through a donation or simply sharing this page — will help them focus on grieving without the added stress of financial hardship.
