Ukraine Aid Mission

We are Dunmow Rovers Youth Football Club based in Great Dunmow, Essex.

 

Along with the rest of the World, we have been watching with sadness the effects the current situation is having on the Ukrainian people. We decided to partner with Aid For Ukraine (part of UKAID) and help in anyway we can.

 

With the support of our great club and community, our Vice Chairman and Treasurer Ricky Valks, will be driving a Luton Van from Dunmow, Essex to the Polish / Ukrainian border containing 50-70 boxes of essential supplies. The journey is a 2000 mile 3 to 4 day round trip that will be taking place at the end of March.

 

The boxes will contain Sleeping Bags, Pillows, Blankets, Baby Supplies, Feminine Hygiene Products, Medicine and Power Banks. We have been able to agree some deals with some major local suppliers who are providing the contents for the boxes Ricky will transport.

 

We are looking for donations to help buy the supplies and the fuel required for the trip.
