Support Christy's Stroke Recovery Journey

I have started this GoFundMe for my sister, Christy Wardle. On Monday, Dec 16th, Christy suffered a life-altering stroke at the young age of 26. Up until the stroke, Christy was a strong, independent vibrant and healthy person who enjoyed every moment of life.

 

Christy is now faced with a long recovery to regain her mobility, speech, and independence through intensive therapy and medical treatments.

 

Unfortunately, the costs of rehabilitation, specialized equipment, and ongoing medical care are overwhelming. Insurance covers some expenses, but it’s not nearly enough to meet the growing financial burden. Christy will also be out of work during the recovery process, adding to the financial constraints of the stroke. We've set up this page to raise some funds to help offset the cost of the expenses that Christy will face during the recovery process from her stroke.
