Hello everyone! This is Penelope. She is a 10yr old basset hound/lab mix. She is my dad’s world. We just took her to the vet and she needs emergency surgery and we don’t have the money to cover it. If she does not get the surgery soon she will pass from the infection. My dad is heart broken and I am at a loss. He just loss his life partner of over 43yrs almost a year ago and now the news about his beloved Penelope. Anything will help
