Hello I’m not really sure how this works because I’ve never had to go to this extent for help and I hope no one judges me. Pride has always been my biggest issue and most of time I’d rather suffer in silence and try to figure things out on my own. I’m a single mother doing everything I can to keep my household afloat. I lost my full time job and since then I’ve been doing my best to make ends meet through unemployment, my small hair business, and driving for Lyft and Uber and have been able to maintain. Recently, things have taken a difficult turn. My car was recently repossessed, which has made it even harder to work, and I could be facing possible eviction for November’s rent. I secured a new job, but the start date was pushed back due to the government shutdown — thankfully, I now have an official start date of December 8th. Anyone that personally knows me knows I’m a go getter and for me to have to ask things have to be pretty bad. I know it’s the holidays and times are tough for everyone, but I’m humbly asking for any assistance you may be able to offer during this challenging period. Any support, no matter how small, would mean the world to me as I work to get me and my family back on our feet. If you’re unable to give keep me in your prayers I definitely could never have too much of that. Thank you sincerely for your compassion and understanding.
