Mila’s Journey

It is very hard for me to create this GoFundMe account as I am doing it for someone so close to me, whom I deeply love with all my heart. Mila is my 5-year-old, almost 6 (May 17th) niece, who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia.

My heart feels heavy for my niece and, of course, my little brother and his wife.

This is something that no parent should have to go through, especially with their babies. So young, pure, and full of life.

Mila is such a strong warrior. Regardless of the circumstances, she remains with such a happy spirit, and her smile and laughter do not fade.

As we all know, regardless of what goes on, the bills, rent, and daily necessities don’t stop. Not to mention the new medical bills along the way. Unfortunately, life keeps going and does not wait for you.

My sister-in-law has had to quit her job, and my brother has taken time off work to attend to my baby niece's needs, which is currently the main priority.

This is why I created this in hopes that we can help my little brother and his family get through these difficult times.

This is one difficult journey, but this too shall pass, and in Jesus' name, my niece will be okay!
