Dear Friends and Family,

On May 11th, 2025, I will be taking on my third marathon, this time in beautiful Geneva, Switzerland. I am running for a cause that’s deeply personal to me—Back & Forth Men’s Mental Health.

As we know, many men feel pressured to "man up" and keep their emotions to themselves, often leading to feelings of isolation and silence around mental health. Studies have shown that men who struggle to open up about their emotions are not only less likely to seek help but may also miss crucial signs of mental health struggles in themselves.

Sadly, in the past three years, I’ve lost two close friends, David and Dan, to suicide. Their passing has left a hole in my heart and has driven me to take action. That’s why I’m running this marathon: for them, and for all the men who feel they can’t speak out.

This marathon is more than just a personal challenge; it’s a call to raise awareness and funds for Back & Forth Men’s Mental Health, an organization dedicated to breaking down the stigma around men’s mental health and providing support for those who need it most.

I am asking for your help to make a real difference. Any donation, no matter how small, will help fund initiatives that can change lives.

Thank you so much for your support - it truly means the world to me.
