On May 7th potato was seeming colicky and and very lethargic when our vet Dr. Christina Wilson came she than suggested him go into the clinic, Furlong. He remains at the clinic while they are still trying to figure out what is wrong with him. He is being treated with antitoxins, fluid and a feeding tube… etc. Potato for many years has been a barn favorite where he has taught kids their first lessons all the way up to 3 ft courses and everything in between. He is the definition of a kind pony hence the name “sweet potato”. The bills are piling up and likely to be well over $10,000. So if anybody would like to help out or contribute to (hopefully) his rode to recovery it would be greatly appreciated.
