Kate Duffy - Friend in Need

This campaign is meant to help Kate, Jim and Abby Duffy during this incredibly difficult time.  While the website suggests that we be specific and detailed, I would like to preserve as much privacy for Kate and Jim as possible. 

Kate is entering into her third round of treatment for Stage IV colorectal cancer.  The medical bills they must pay are significant.  There is definately nothing left over for savings, for Abby or for their family to get special time away together during rare periods when Kate is feeling well. 

If you know Kate at all, you know that she is and always has been generous, giving and loving to all of the people in her life.  The purpose of this fund is to try to, in one small way, take the pressure off of the Duffy family so they can focus on what is most important, which is fighting her illness and healing.   Please join me in providing some financial support, whatever is a meaningful and comfortable amount for you.  Sent with gratitude from Kate's circle of friends.
