Help Danny acquire a prosthetic leg & walk again.

Hi, I’m Danny. On October 8, 2021, my life changed forever. I was involved in a extremely severe motorcycle accident, which resulted in losing something very important to me. I lost my right leg, my independence and my confidence. I lost the ability to actively play with my 1 year old son. I lost a big part of my livelihood.

Putting this all into perspective has been difficult to say the least. Currently, my struggles are physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. However, I’ve been given a second chance at life. With that in mind, I’m on a journey; a physical journey, a mental journey, an emotional journey, and most definitely a spiritual journey. I’m on a path I never thought I’d ever be on. I understand everyone is going through something. It may be smaller or bigger, but it’s still something. I want you to know that things will get better, and this is also what I tell myself daily.

After my amputation, I’ve often been described as inspiring, and I don’t quite know how to take that. My response is that I'm “surviving”, I’m learning and I’m growing, consistently. I’m trying to get my life back and unfortunately, without your help, it won’t be possible. Please, find a place in your heart to help me get my life back. I would really appreciate it. To be able to walk again and navigate throughout the world freely, as a man, as a “regular” human being is the goal.
