House fire destroys 9 year old girls room
Donation protected
It’s time to help one of our own. NICOLE needs our help
NICOLE is a bus driver for Barberton City Schools and could really use our help right now. Her autistic 9 year old daughter lost her room and all its contents in one of the three house fires Barberton experienced on Sunday, February 18. Unfortunately she does not have insurance and everything is going to have to come out of pocket. As it was an electrical fire, she was told that the house needs re-wired and has a quote of $2,200. Contractors have given her a quote around $14,000 to fix the extensive damage; entire 2nd floor has smoke damage and the 1st floor was damaged from all the water.
For the ones that do not know, Nicole's girls tragically lost their dad 3 years ago. Everything that her youngest had from her dad was lost in the fire. The most special item lost was her locket necklace that contained her dads ashes.
Please keep this family in your thoughts. Any donation, big or small, is one step closer to them returning to normal. If you are unable to donate, please share her link to help her. Every share counts.
