Christpher Choate Fund

Hello.  I am Julie and I am asking for help raising funds for my sister Vanessa, my nephew Christopher and his dad, Chris.  My nephew Christopher who just turned fifteen years old, has suffered from a stroke.  We don't know too much but are hoping for some answers from Children's Hospital Of Philadelphia where he was just transfered to.  Unfortunately, their health insurance doesn't cover an out of state hospital.  In the horse business there is no sick or vacation leave so they will suffer a financial loss as my sister will  not be able to work.  They will need funds for medical bills, traveling, etc.  Thank you very much for your kindness and support during this very difficult time.
