"Jackie fights to come home" ...Jackie has been suffering since 5/6/15 since falling ill on a cruise...she was airlifted to Broward Hospital in Fort Lauderdale where she was in ICU fighting for every breath. She went into respiratory failure while she was on the cruise ship which required her to be put in an induced coma and put on a ventilator. She also suffered a heart attack and had to have two stents put in. Jackie had to under go multiple procedures including having a Tracheotomy and a feeding tube put in. She no longer has the ability to walk and she needs intensive physical therapy. As you can imagine there is a ton of recovery and rehabilitation ahead of her and the family is struggling with overwhelming medical and facility bills. Just for the transporting alone it was $23,000.00 out of pocket. Any donations to help Jackie and Jerry during this difficult time would be greatly appreciated!
