Port Allen High School Supporter,

We are starting an annual capital campaign that will give our supporters an opportunity to help provide our students and teachers with the best materials and resources available. We are stepping out on faith with this first effort. We are optimistic and excited that it will be amazing and lead to a successful campaign each year. Here is the focus of our first campaign.

We have been blessed with a major renovation and additions to our school. These changes have provided our students and staff with a state-of-the-art learning environment. Your contribution will help provide a few special items that will put the finishing touches on our renovations.

Our goal is $20,098 which will allow us purchase the following items:

1. A Digital Scores table ($8,400)
2. Two Trophy Cases ($6,880)
3. A customized padded backstop ($3,746)
4. Two customized PAHS vinyl displays ($398)
5. One customized PAHS backdrop ($475)
6. One customized PAHS tablecloth ($199)

By donating to our first ever capital campaign, you will be directly contributing to our students and teachers. You will also be recognized as a capital campaign supporter on our website, our weekly newsletter, and our other social media outlets. There are 4 ways to donate;

1. Come to our school and donate in person.
2. We can come to you to collect a donation and deliver a token of appreciation.
3. Use the Cash App and donate to $PortAllenPels
4. Visit our GoFundMe and make a donation by clicking​ ​here​.

Donations are tax deductible. A donation receipt letter with our tax-exempt ID number is available upon request. Please donate what you can. No amount is too small. Please spread the word about our capital campaign to friends, family, coworkers, alumni, and other supporters and encourage them to donate. Social media is a great way to do this.

All donors will receive the following based on donation amount.

● $​0-$199 – PAHS yard sign, magnet or t-shirt (while supplies last)
● $200-$499 - PAHS season pass to all 2019-2020 home sporting events
● $500 or more – Thank you sign or an advertisement displayed in our gym for one year
