I am Melissa, Ashley works for my business. I am starting this fundraiser to help cover the unexpected loss of wages for Ashley. As a single mother of two having to take off a week of work is detrimental to meet every day living expenses along with living and unexpected medical bills. Ashley found herself rushing her youngest child to the emergency room when he started forming a rash on his back and having a high fever. They ran test and sent him home to wait for the results for measles. That night his temperature spiked to 105 and the rash continued to cover his body. Not knowing what else to do she rushed him to All Children’s Hospital, where he was immediately taken to ICU and monitored. There they discovered he had Kawasaki disease, which is a rare condition. After starting treatment, his little body struggled and they had to lower the dosage. At this current time he responding positively to the treatment and will hopefully be able to leave in the next couple of days. Ashley is a dedicated mother and a hard worker. Unfortunately, with the circumstances she had to take off unexpectedly a week of work to be there for her son. Due to the fact, with having a one income household, she will now struggle to meet

her monthly expenditures. I am asking at this time for any donations to try and ease the weight of what has started off as a trying month.
