We’re rallying around our amazing friend Kellie, who was recently diagnosed with HER2+ breast cancer at just 36 years old. She’s just beginning her treatment journey, starting with chemotherapy, and while there are still a lot of unknowns, one thing is crystal clear: she won’t be going through this alone.

If you know Kellie, you know she’s one of the most unique humans on this planet. She’s the chattiest quiet person you’ll ever meet—somehow both full of thoughts and mysteriously reserved. She’s weird in the best ways, smart in the funniest ways, and loves harder than just about anyone.

Kellie is a creator, a caretaker, and a dreamer. She dreams of opening an animal rescue for all the unloved pets the world forgets. In the meantime, she’s been running Puppy Paws Coffee & Tea Company as the operations manager, while also juggling her pet-sitting business, doing hair and makeup, and creating art and graphics. She’s a woman of many talents—and now, she needs time to heal without the weight of financial stress.

What the funds will support:

• Medical expenses not covered by insurance

• Loss of income from time away from work

• Daily living costs (rent, bills, groceries, etc.)

• Transportation to appointments and treatment

• Any unforeseen costs along the way
