Help Jacob Get Better

Hi, my name is Jacob and I'm raising funds to help pay my medical bills in the hospital. After a long history with diabetes, I started having trouble with my glucose levels and recently had a seizure. I am currently in the animal hospital for a few days and my caretakers, especially my mom, are very worried about my health.
