Hi everyone!

My name is Dahlia and I’m fundraising for my mom.

This year has been a roller coaster, but nothing could have prepared me for this. Just two days ago, one of my worst nightmares came true. My mom started having severe chest pains, and I had to rush her to the ER. We found out she was having a heart attack and I got her there just in time. Unfortunately, even after being admitted, the heart attacks continued. Doctors have told us since that she has almost every artery blocked and needs open heart surgery.

She’s scheduled for surgery tomorrow, and while we’re holding onto hope, we know this will be a long and difficult recovery. My mom won’t be able to work for a while and will need constant care as she heals.

I’m doing everything I can to help her, but I can’t cover her rent, bills, and expenses alone. That’s why I’m reaching out and asking for support.
