Help KNR 374 Celebrate Reilly Rae’s Birthday at the Peoria Zoo!

Hello everyone!

We are students in KNR 374 at Illinois State University, where we are learning how to design and implement recreation programs from the ground up. As part of this experience, we are creating a program from scratch, a field trip to the Peoria Zoo to put our skills into action. A key part of this process is learning how to fundraise, and we are working to cover the costs of our trip while also visiting Reilly Rae a lemur who is celebrating her birthday!

In addition to funding our trip, we also hope to purchase a special enrichment item for Reilly Rae as a birthday gift to enhance her well-being and engagement at the zoo.

Any donation, big or small, will help us reach our goal and make this hands-on learning experience possible. We appreciate your support in helping us apply our classroom knowledge to a real world setting!
