Hi, I’m Abbie (Zolas favourite Aunty) Positing on behalf of her mum, Hannah,

Zola started having trouble breathing, often causing her to choke, gag & wheeze a few months ago. She was checked by her local vet & given antibiotics hoping it was an abscess or infection. She was then referred to a specialist when she didn’t improve and began to deteriorate. Today, 6/11/25, She underwent emergency surgery at SASH to get a large mass removed from her throat, severely obstructing her airway. She is currently in ICU recovering & awaiting pathology results if it is a cancerous mass as the vet does believe it is malignant.

On behalf of Zola’s mum, who is out of pocket thousands of dollars, I’d like to start this go fund me to help with expenses towards her surgery & recovery.

Zola is the biggest cuddle monster, the loudest girl in the room & a very loved family member. She is 10 years old & is in incredible health, despite her tumour.
