My wonderful daughter is a Youth Ambassador for the Farm Sanctuary, a non profit organization dedicated to helping educate and inspire people to live in harmony with animals.
As an ambassador, she must complete an individual action project, an opportunity for her to impact her community through leadership and self guided effort. Her dream to help animals will become a reality with her project--a microsanctuary. A microsanctuary must house at least two different kinds of animals who have been exploited, abandoned, or neglected. She is applying for a grant for this; however, there is a start up cost.
Zoey will turn 16 this week (on the 31st), and I thought it would be wonderful if we could celebrate her by sponsoring her dream. She does not want a party, nor has she asked for any gifts. She is so gentle and service oriented. If you feel called, please celebrate her dream and help her give birth to the Loving Hearts Microsanctuary--A Haven for Life, a Home for Good.
