Zoe's trip to National Championships in Tasmania

Zoe is the current ACT U10 record holder and State Champion and is very keen to continue her training and experience through to Nationals held November 23-27th in Launceston Tasmania.

As many of you already now know Zoe was successful in obtaining a spot on the U12 ACT Track and Field team to head to Tasmania to compete at Nationals against other states in high jump. She's also nominated to complete in a combined event - think pentathlon but a smaller age appropriate version (800m / 100m / shot put / long jump) and will run in a team relay.

We've ummed and ahhed about the trip, the time away from our other kids, the cost, the additional pressure and time off school an event like this has on someone as young as Zoe, but as you all know she is one of the most driven and motivated 10 year olds you'll ever meet and will not accept no as an answer.

Anyone who donates will have their name placed on a shirt Zoe will train in as a thank you and as recognition to those who continue to support her aspirations of becoming an Olympian for the 2032 Games.
