Hey everyone, I recently got gender-affirming surgery and I was told that my insurance would cover all costs. Post surgery, I was hit with a large bill and am now crowdsourcing funds to cover it. While I am beyond relieved to feel more comfortable (and generally safer) in my body, this unexpected expense is weighing heavily on my mind now. As a full-time student with outstanding loans, it would really mean a lot to me to not have to worry about this bill.
