Zoe’s Mom - Toni’s battle with cancer

Zoe’s mom, Toni, has battled breast cancer which has spread to other parts of her body for 2 long years! Toni is a 47 year old mom who loves nothing short of spending time with her beloved Zoe! As a devout believer, Toni has never asked why her.  Rather she’d say just pray for everyone who’s dealing with illnesses. Due to failing health conditions amid Covid-19 concerns Toni was forced to resign from her job of 20+years At Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. This occurred after Toni had a double mastectomy, nine (9) brain surgeries and several rounds of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. Yet, she has endured. After being admitted to the TMH rehab center for 30 days Toni was allowed to come home. However, she had to show that she would have 24hr around the clock home health care aids. This has become very expensive but is necessary in order for Toni to spend invaluable time with her aging mom and her beloved daughter, Zoe. Toni’s desire is to enjoy her family in the private confines of her home. We will remain hopeful that Toni will miraculously be cured but we understand that we must accept God’s will whatever it might be.
