I’m reaching out during this hard time to ask for help for my sweet zo zo.

Zoe is 3 years old, and back in August 2025 she suffered a sudden and severe corneal injury that required emergency Corneal surgery to save her eye and relieve intense pain. There was no time to wait or consider alternatives. The surgery was absolutely necessary to prevent Zoe from losing her eye.

Unfortunately, after waiting 5 months for insurance to get back to me, pet insurance will not cover the cost, leaving me responsible for $12,000 in unexpected veterinary bills. I would never hesitate to do what Zoe needs—she is not only family but literally my child—but the financial burden is overwhelming.

Zoe is loving, gentle yet feisty when she wants to be, and full of personality. Seeing her in pain broke my heart, after intense treatment & several follow ups Zoe was able to progress, however, her eye will never be the same as it was.
