Zoë's Beloved Dog Juice Hit by Car, Needs Help

Hi, my name is Zoë. To give some background, this is my sweet baby dog Juice, he's the silliest, most loving, cuddly, funny adventurous dog I have ever known. When I am sad or crying he licks my tears and gives me hugs. We snuggle every night and every morning, and he never wants to leave me alone. He is my shadow. Follows me to the bathroom, backyard, kitchen, and is relentless to go on every single car ride possible. He loves swimming, playing fetch, and most of all loves his momma. And I love him more than anything in this entire world.

Juice got hit by a car today. His skin got peeled off of his leg, and he was losing consciousness. He started peeing blood, and I of course rushed him to the emergency vet. After speaking with them, just an over night 24 hour stay to watch him cost me $3600 out of pocket. It's not including any possible surgeries he could need, and it could reach up to $15000 for his vet bills. I'm trying to do everything possible to keep my best friend, and the one thing that has kept me going all these years alive and in my life. I am beyond scared to lose him and don't know what I would do if that happened.
