Zoe Edge PLY
Hello my name is Zoe Edge and the Spireites are a huge part of my life. My backing of the Blues was recognised when I was named League One supporter of the year at the 2017 EFL awards. I also write a piece in the programme for each match.
I am a retired paralympian who won a silver medal at Atlanta in Boccia, I also won a bronze at the world championships. I swam nationally and held records in wheelchair slalom. However my athletic efforts were a long time ago but I am about to challenge myself in another way.

I was born with Cerebral Palsy which means that I am confined to my electronic wheelchair. This determines that my main means of movement is just with my thumb. From my seventeen year Boccia career I know my only means of independent movement without my chair is to roll.
Over the last few weeks I have been practicing rolling at Chesterfield's Erwin Training Ground. I am now confident I can roll the length of the SMH Group Stadium pitch.
I intend one (dry) day in September to roll from goal to goal- it will not be a quick process but anything for my beloved Spireites.
If you would like to sponsor me in my efforts all the money will go towards the developments at the Training Ground.
Love- Zoe
