Tragic Loss of Our Precious Zoe

On Friday, October 18, 2019, at 4:40pm, my cousin Mary Nadykto’s family experienced the worst nightmare any parent can live through.
Their 2 year old daughter Zoe who was playing outside with other kids and adults, was sitting on a skateboard when she was run over by a neighbor’s SUV as he pulled into the cul de sac driveway. She was rushed to Providence Regional Medical Center in critical condition, but they were unable to save her. She passed away at 8:20pm.
Our family is in shock. We just lost our cousin (her uncle) six months ago to a murder. The grief and sorrow are still so fresh. And now to learn that our precious Zoe had to lose her life to such an unexpected death, it’s all too much. Please pray for our family and especially for my dear cousin Mary’s family who had to say good bye to their little girl and baby sister that Friday...
I am setting up this Go Fund Me to help her family as they prepare to make arrangements no parent should ever have to make. All donations will go directly to them, to cover these unexpected costs they are being faced with in the coming weeks.
We are calling onto our Slavic community and anyone who has it on their heart to help support this family as they walk through this unimaginably dark chapter in their lives. “She was the most affectionate and loving little angel. Gave hugs freely. Sloppy kisses. Loved her brother and he loved her fiercely and was very protective of her. They were inseparable. Always together. Always smiling. Since the day she was born. She loved to look for bugs all the time. Would dig in the dirt for them. A ray of sunshine. A goofball. Could cheer anyone up instantly.”
