Zoe to Attend Provincial & National Rugby Camps

Zoe has been invited to attend both the U18 Rugby Canada National Camp from

July 10-15 in Ottawa AND the U17 Provincial Rugby Ontario Cup from July 30 - August 4 at Brock University. We are hoping to raise funds to assist with her camp, travel and other fees.

Zoe has been playing rugby since the summer of 2019 when she joined the Balmy Beach Rugby Club. In the fall of 2019 when Balmy didn`t have a 7`s team, Zoe joined the Toronto Amazons where her love of rugby has continued to flourish. Since being at this club she has built many strong friendships which have family-like vibes. During the past few years, Zoe has played both 15`s & 7`s rugby. She plays with her Club - Toronto City Amazons, Ontario Jr Blues(Provincial), Toronto Reds(Regional) & Misfits(Regional). Zoe also was instrumental in bringing back rugby to Sir Wilfrid Laurier CI for the 7`s season in the Fall of 2022.

Zoe plans on continuing her rugby career when she goes to university after she graduates next year. At University she wants to study Education, mainly so she will have the opportunity to coach young athletes, particularly female athletes.

Zoe has a passion for most sports. She also plays hockey, volleyball, lacrosse and track. She believes strongly in keeping female athletes of all ages, involved in sports.
