My name is Jeremy Uhrich and my dear friend and former colleague, Kay Atherton, and her family need your help. Kay passed away peacefully with her family by her side after recently being diagnosed with Interstitial Lung Disease. Her diagnosis had resulted in several lengthy hospital stays including being life flighted to Lewistown Hospital. She, unfortunately, was not a candidate for a transplant due to her age. Kay was unable to work or perform every-day activities. This led to massive amounts of medical bills, which included constant oxygen to enable Kay to be able to breathe comfortably.

For anyone who knew Kay, she was a true family person who had a heart of gold. I was very close with Kay over the 10+ years working with her and I considered her an extremely close friend. Despite all the battles and struggles Kay had to deal with, her ultimate concern was her family and how they would handle all the medical bills.
