On February 5th, Bailey was a victim of a hit & run accident while walking home from the dairy queen. She did not survive. Bailey was only 16 years old. She had her whole life ahead of her & was so excited to finally be a big sister (her baby brother is just 3 weeks old). Bailey was smart, kind & her mom's best friend.
