El pasado 16 de julio, nuestra mamá sufrió una convulsión repentina. Tras realizarle estudios especiales, nos dieron una noticia que nos rompió el corazón: el tumor (LOE FRONTAL DERECHO) que le habían extirpado hace 11 años ha vuelto a crecer.

El neurocirujano nos indicó que debe ser operada lo mas pronto posible, ya que las convulsiones pueden continuar e incluso empeorar, aunque esté en tratamiento.

Hoy, mi hermana y yo nos encontramos con un gran desafío: no contamos con los recursos suficientes para cubrir la cirugía y el tratamiento. Por eso acudimos a ti, con el corazón en la mano, para pedir tu apoyo.

On July 16, our beloved mom suffered a sudden seizure. After urgent tests, we received devastating news: the brain tumor (right frontal lobe lesion) that was removed 11 years ago has returned.

Her neurosurgeon says she needs surgery as soon as possible. Without it, the seizures may continue and even get worse, despite treatment.
