Friends, my family in France is experiencing the unthinkable, fighting for their daughter's life. Mia, was born in October 2021 and was recently diagnosed with Pilarowski-Bjornnson Syndrome. While they are still learning about this syndrome, their daughter has experienced numerous seizures, has muscular issues (on her own, she can only lay down), has a suppressed immune system and a list of other issues that have kept her in the hospital over 9 times in her 9 months on earth.

Mia is about to embark on a medical journey with expenses that are unattainable for her family. Her mom is no longer able to work and her father earns low wages. To start, Mia needs a cast to help her strengthen her muscles and a car seat customized to her body, both over $500 each. They're also taking a trip to Barcelona to see specialists that will carry more travel and housing costs (on top of any doctor fees).
