Angie's House Fire Recovery Fund

Our dear friend/family member, Angie Berto, lost everything in a house fire last night. What was thought to be a fire that was savagable turned into her worst nightmare. As she returned to her home today to see what precious momentos could be saved she learned that the fire re-ignited due to hotspots and was unable to be put out. The fire caused not only hers but 3 other apartments to be burned to the ground.  Of course we are all grateful she is okay and was not hurt in any way. Unfortunately the reality now is that she doesn't have  renter’s insurance, which leaves her without the ability to replace her clothing, furniture, appliances, and those irreplacable photos and momentos she has collected over a lifetime for her love of her Portuguese heritage. 

During this time of need we are reaching out to ask all friends and family members of Angie Berto to please help out. As we all know every little bit helps. 

In a time of need not only is financial help needed it is also necessary to be able to rely on the emotional support. Hearing kind words can make a major difference when people are battling such a life altering situation.
