Glenda Ivelisse Figueras Ocasio was born on August 1st, 1975, in Puerto Rico, and raised there her whole life along with her husband, Antonio Santiago Mendéz. She was one of the bravest, strongest, most caring, and loving people out there. She was always so sweet to everyone and never failed to put a smile on people's faces. She was filled with laughter and would always go the extra mile for her husband, kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews, sisters, cousins, friends, and family.
And on today's date, 03/04/2025, we unfortunately lost this strong and brave warrior. She went through a lot of health problems, from diabetes to having her toes amputated, and experiencing lung and kidney difficulties. With all that, she kept on fighting every single day. Her wish was to get buried with her parents who are back in Puerto Rico. To honor that, we would like to make it come true and transfer her to the island she always called home.
Please help us raise money to make it happen. All donations would help pay for the transfer to bring her back home, casket, burial, and all expenses. Every penny or dollar would be appreciated. Thank you! This process is very hard for every one of us.
