With a heavy heart I share my brother Jose Ontiveros Jr. is no longer with us. We appreciate all of your help and efforts during this challenging time. Jose, 34 year old with type 1 diabetes; since the age of 19yrs old when he was medically diagnosed after been in a 3 month diabetic comma. Where he suffered from many other secondary effects such as neuropathy, blood pressure, and endless treatments . Jose battled for over 15 years this illness, unfortunately he has lost his battle at such young age.

Our brother was the oldest of 5 siblings, a proud uncle of 6 small children he adored. A devoted son to his mother, we wish to provide him with the proper barrier he deserved after his long battle against life.
