Why I'm fundraising

I'm having surgery on January 4. I will be off work 6 to 8 weeks.

The impact of your support

I do have AFLAC to pay some off work benefits, but that will take time for the claim to be processed and paid. I will have bills to pay (electricity, rent, car payment, car insurance, cell phone, etc.) during this time. I will also have to pay my part of my insurance premiums because there will be no paycheck to take them out of. I am asking for your help with this. Thank you.
