Support My Sister, Heather, as She Fights Breast Cancer

Dear friends and family,

All of you may know me but in case you do not, my name is Ammie Tate, Heathers twin sister. I am reaching out to share something very personal and close to my heart. My twin sister, Heather was recently diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. As you can imagine, this has been a difficult and emotional time for our family.

She begins chemotherapy July 28th, and surgery is tentatively planned for December. As Heather moves through treatment, there’s a strong possibility she won’t be able to work consistently. While she’s focused on her health and healing , the financial strain of day-to-day expenses and medical costs is becoming a concern.

My sister is a deeply private person who is strong, steady, and always the one to support others. Now, she needs some of that love and support returned. I’ve created this GoFundMe to help ease the burden and allow her to focus fully on recovery without the added stress of finances.
