Amanda's Treatment Plan
Donation protected
As so many of you are aware my Daughter Amanda Fike has been doing battle with Cervical Cancer.
She was informed this week that due to the type of Cancer cells present in her post-op pathology, unlike many Cervical Cancer Patients, she will will have to undergo Chemotherapy and Radiation. Her Doctor is an amazing man, and he feels quite confident that this treatment will eradicate any remaining cells and nearly eliminate her chance for recurrence...so we are immensly grateful for this news.
We have been extremely blessed through the help of charities, donations, and help from friends and family to have overcome many of the financial hurdles which once seemed insurmountable.
This treatment plan and final push toward beating this disease prompts me to reach out to friends and family one final time to ask for support.
~ Amanda will only be able to work on a limited basis for the next two months, and will be having daily radiation for 6 weeks beginning Monday the 21st. This will of course impact her ability to earn a living and pay her bills, not to mention the seemingly never ending stream of bills for testing, prescriptions, and office visits.
So... I humbly ask any of you with the ability to help one last time to assist my girl in leaping this final hurdle. Any amount will help and no amount is too little. We as her family are digging deep but as you can imagine the financial impact has hit all of us pretty hard.
She is so strong and I know she has drawn so much strength from the prayers and well wishes of all our friends near and far.
She is vowing to "FIGHT LIKE A GIRL" until this thing is defeated.
I thank you in advance for your help.
Love! ~ Bryan/Dad
