With devastating grief and sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved Natalie Taylor Kouassi on Saturday, June 18, 2022. She fought for as long as she could before transitioning. We know that she appreciated all the love and support that you gave her. Please continue to pray for Natalie’s husband, young daughters, and other loved ones as they go through this difficult time. Please also continue to share and donate, as we are converting Natalie’s GoFundMe page to a memorial page to assist her family with funeral costs and other final expenses. All donations will go directly to Natalie’s husband, Eric Kouassi. ❤️

==============================
On August 28, 2021, our dear friend, Natalie Taylor Kouassi, was diagnosed with adenosarcoma with heterogeneous overgrowth (a very rare, cancerous tumor of the uterus). On September 20th, she had a full hysterectomy with her ovaries removed. Three weeks after recovery, she felt like she had not gone through major surgery. But, on November 1st, she went to the Emergency Department in pain, and they found a new tumor that is metastatic and is affecting more than two organs. This means surgery is not an option. Natalie received radiation therapy to treat the old location and the new tumor on her pelvic floor. Radiation is not designed to remove or shrink the tumor, only slow it down/stop its growth. Natalie is now receiving chemotherapy, even though her Oncologist/Radiologist/Palliative Care Team feel the tumor is growing too fast and will cause too many other side effects in the time she has left. Yes . . . Natalie’s care team believes her cancer is terminal, but Natalie believes her journey will be a testament to God’s miraculous healing power!

Natalie needs all our support to help her fight this aggressive disease. Her husband, Eric, and their two daughters, Janae (5 years old) and Laila (2 years old) also need our support and prayers as they go through this journey. Although her employer has been supportive, Natalie does not qualify for FMLA while she fights cancer. Eric is not able to work as a truck driver because he has been caring for Natalie and taking care of the girls and home. Please consider donating to assist with their medical bills and living expenses, so they can focus on Natalie’s treatment and healing. All proceeds go directly to Natalie and her family.
We believe in MIRACLES and know God has more in store for Natalie and her family.
Thank you in advance for your willingness to donate, pray, and HELP NATALIE FIGHT!
Blessings!
