Help Sara Beat Breast Cancer
Donation protected
There are times in our lives when we are faced with a burden too great to bear alone. Right now, that is happening for Andy and Sara Halbert. Within the past couple of weeks, their world has been turned upside down as Sara has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Sara is a young, vibrant, dedicated wife and mother to 4 kids. She is kind-hearted, selfless, genuine, and faith-filled. She is strong and determined to fight, and to live for her family. Obviously, there is initially a great deal of fear that comes with the “C word,” especially when, as in Sara’s case, the tumor is rare and difficult to treat. But we know that all things are possible with our God, and we are not giving in to fear. We are approaching God’s throne with confidence and believing Him for complete and total healing. First and foremost, we are asking for the body of Christ to join us in praying for Sara.
In Sara’s own words… “Please stand in the gap for me in the mighty name of Jesus. His name is victory!!! I know God hears.”
Along with your prayers, we are asking for financial support for the Halbert family. The emotional and financial burden of surviving breast cancer is a challenge at any stage of life, but as a young family with four children, it seems even more unfair and incredibly difficult. Sara will undergo an aggressive treatment plan. Unfortunately, insurance does not cover everything, and certain treatments are not covered at all. Between the medical costs and Andy’s necessary time away from work, the financial burden is already adding up. We appreciate your support in easing that burden so that Sara can focus her energy on beating cancer, and being the amazing wife and mother she has always been.
