Paula’s Recovery

My mother Paula Rands has been in the hospital since friday due to health conditions. She recently been diagnosed with HELP syndrome and almost died due to complications these past 2 days. She encountered 2 major surgeries since her arrival and became blind after her first one. Her retinas had detached and Drs say she will need another surgery to gain her vision back. Her kidneys has also started to fail which Drs are still trying to find ways to help. She isnt able to walk let alone see and will be in the hospital for a few more weeks. Unfortunately becauses of all of this she will need to recover for a few months leaving her out of work during that time. My mother has been dealing with the fear and stress of rent, bills, and hospital expenses left to my siblings and i when we are only children. All of this stress put on my mom is not only hurting her mentally but physically and effecting her more. These past few days has left our family in disbelief and acheing. We feel so lost and scared.
