I’m Nelli, a fitness junkie, healthy living lover, and adventure chaser. Whether I’m lifting weights, biking new trails, or planning my next travels, I’m all about pushing my limits and having fun while doing it. Life’s too short not to move, explore, and fuel your body right!

On the 15th of June I will be joining thousands of riders from London to Brighton for a 54 mile special bike ride to raise money for charities in need. Every mile I ride is about more than fitness — it’s about making a real difference for communities around the world who don’t have access to basic emergency services.

IFRA is a UK based charity that assist Firefighters and Emergency Services worldwide.

Their mission is to promote and protect life from fire and other disasters, especially in countries that are affected by war, civil unrest or natural disasters.
