My bonus dad, Steve, was recently diagnosed with colon cancer and has begun treatment. He’s the most generous person you’ll ever meet; he’d give you the shirt off his back, but he’s never asked for money and never would.

For the last 28 years, he’s been a core part of the Alpena community, teaching, coaching, taking care of everyone he can, and always greeting people with a smile. Now, it’s our turn to take care of him.
