I am Betsy Harper, a 64 year old who is planning to retire in 2 years.

I applied for affordable housing. For seven weeks I delivered supporting documents. Finally, I was approved -- then 24 hours later, the housing fell through.

I make too much for this affordable housing location, but not enough for conventional housing. My son is helping me as much as possible, but we are both part-time minimum wage workers.

The move in costs are a lot more for this place, and I am afraid of not having a home.
