Help Ron Fight Cancer

This GoFund me was created to help provide assistance for medical and living expenses for Ron as he fights stage 4 prostate cancer. 

This month, Ron was admitted to the hospital after experiencing severe bone pain in his chest and back.  After multiple tests and scans, we were made aware that he has a large tumor in his abdomen due to prostate cancer that has spread to his spine, lymph nodes and bladder. 

Stage 4 prostate cancer is not curable. However, it is treatable but will require hormone treatment, radiation and chemo therapy. In addition, Ron will have to continue hormone therapy for the remainder of his life withdaily medication and infusions every three months. 

Ron has been a snow bird for many years but will be spending time with family and friends in Michigan as he undergoes treatments for his cancer for the next several months. 

Ron is known for being active, outgoing and hard working. These treatments will be extremely taxing on his body and will enable him from returning to work. 

We are asking for family, friends, and anyone who knows Ron to offer help in any way they are able. It will take a village to help lift him up through this process. Any donation towards these expenses would mean the world to him and his family.
