I'm Nina Cormier a longtime family friend of the Benoit family.

Ryan has always been the one who shows up, always ready to lend a helping hand. Now, with the tables turned, we kindly ask for your support for Ryan Benoit, who has suffered a stroke at 49 years old. He was immediately transported to St. John's, NL, on April 9, 2026, where he is receiving outstanding medical care. Throughout this challenging time, Josette, his devoted and loving partner, will be by his side. Currently, Ryan is undergoing treatment for a brain bleed and, despite being heavily sedated, shows signs of strength on his right side. We remain hopeful about his recovery. As a devoted, loving father to Alex (16) and Marissa (11), Ryan's love for his family is like no other. Ryan and his family need your prayers and support.
