John Burger’s Recovery Fund

John and Linda Burger own the Burger Farm on route 7 in Niskayuna, NY. John was snow plowing the evening of January 17, 2018 on his John Deere tractor and was struck by a drunk driver and ejected from the tractor. John has ten broken ribs, two broken vertebrae, a broken collar bone, a concussion and at least three months of recovery ahead of him. The tractor is totaled and the duties on the farm will be put on hold until the family gets back on their feet. Soon, they were supposed to start planting the seedlings that would be the flowers and plants they would sell this spring and summer. The farm is their livelihood and having a little cushion to help them the next few months would be huge for this family. They are wonderful people and don’t think twice about giving themselves, so I hope others will help them in their time of need. Thank you.
