Hi, my names Sam and I'm aiming to raise money for my dog Ziva my 7 month old Cocker spaniel to have surgery on her back right leg to correct her knee.

Ziva is my emotional support animal who i got after leaving an emotionally abusive relationship in 2024 and she has been my rock ever since so now its my turn to make sure she gets the help she needs in anyway possible.

Here is a bit about Ziva and how the journey has gone so far -

Ziva started hopping on her back leg in February and since then we were told she had grade 1 luxating patella in which the knee would pop out the joint occasionally but because it was mild we were sent home with the advise of hydro therapy and be allowed to do the things dogs do but restricted on of lead time.

Fast forward 4 weeks later I had a chat with the vet to be told this has deteriorated quicker than what it should have and looking at options for surgery as it is now at a point where its the only option to save her left leg is getting worse until then Ziva is restricted to life on a lead outside the house at her age and breed its not ideal and sad she is not able to do the things a puppy of her age is.

Sadly I didn't insure her and now I'm having to raise the funds myself to get her the help she needs so I'm able to get her better.

Any amount is appreciated and I will be continuously updating the go fund me page with updates so people know where the money will be going and able to follow Ziva's Journey with her our first consultation is next week to discuss what options of surgery is going to happen these are going to be either £3500, £4500 or £5000
