My mum Vicky Jordan. She got given 12 month to live coming up 5 years ago and still fighting the horrible disease know as pulmonary hypertension. She has paid her own way to get to niagra falls plus cost of the oxygen tanks and machines he has to have to fly to zip wire across to fund Wakefiled Hospice to thank them for the last 5 years and everything they have done for her. PH is an incurable disease she is currently under 5+ hospitals and specialist teams for her heart and lungs. Any donation will be very much appreciated
